3、有意向的投標人可從2015年3月5日起至2015年3月12日每天(節(jié)假日除外)9:00時至12:00；14:00時至17:00時(北京時間)在德匯工程管理（北京）有限公司購買招標文件，本招標文件每套售價為人民幣1000元或180美元，售后不退(國內(nèi)郵購須另加100元人民幣，國外郵購須另加50美元)。
