*資質要求：
①投標人提供其有效的營業執照（三證合一）；
②境內投標人（除港、澳、臺地區）須同時提交中國人民銀行或其下屬分支機構出具的銀行基本賬戶開戶許可證復印件；
③投標人至少提供國內3家以上（含3家）應用案例，并在投標文件中提供該類項目詳細客戶清單及清單中全部或部分業績的銷售合同有效頁復印件或用戶證明作為評分依據的證明材料；
④投標人所投產品的原廠商必須在國內有專門從事該產品的實施和技術支持的團隊；
⑤投標人和產品原廠商須書面正式承諾：在保修期外一年內，如果招標人需再次采購該產品，產品價格不高于本次投標價格，且產品報價的折扣率須不低于本次投標所承諾的折扣率；
⑥投標人應當提供在開標日前3個月內由其開立基本賬戶的銀行開具的銀行資信證明的原件或復印件。

*Provides file backup licenses for no less than 190 physical machines, including system backup.

3. Qualification requirements：
*①The bidder provides its valid business license (three certificates in one)
*②Domestic bidders (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) must submit a copy of the bank's basic account opening permit issued by the People's Bank of China or its affiliates;
*③The bidder shall provide at least 3 or more domestic (including 3) application cases, and provide in the bid documents a copy of the detailed customer list of the project and a copy of the valid contract of the sales contract or the user certificate as the basis for the rating. material;
*④The original manufacturer of the product submitted by the bidder must have a team dedicated to the implementation and technical support of the product in China;
